The Stomach Channel of Foot Yang Ming starts from the wing of the nose (Yin Xiang LI.20), rises up and converges at the bridge of the nose. After the transition to the opposite side, the inner eye is connected to the Bladder Channel of Foot Tai Yang (Jing ming V.1), comes out in the middle of the lower edge of the eye socket (Cheng Qi ST.1), falls down, goes around the nose and goes to the upper lip (Ren Zhong GV.26), where the right and left channels meet, then goes around the mouth and meet again under the lower lip (Cheng Jiang CV.24). Further, the channel deviates posteriorly and passes along the lower edge of the jaw (Da Ying ST. 5), where it is divided into two branches.
The first branch rises, passes in front of the ear (Shang Guan VB.3), then rises along the temple, goes along the scalp through the points of Xuan Li BV.6 and Han Yang VB.4 to the angle of the forehead (Tou Wei ST. 8) and further to the point Shen Ting GV.24, where it is connected to Du Mai vessel. The second branch descends along the neck to Qi She ST.11, departs behind and reaches the point Da Zhui GV.14, then returns and exits in the supraclavicular fossa (Que Pen ST.12), then the channel enters deep into the body and, passing through the diaphragm, the stomach and communicating with the spleen, comes to the surface at Shang Wan CV.13 and Zhong Wan CV.12.
The main surface branch of the channel descends from the supraclavicular fossa along the midclavicular line of the breast through the nipple to the point of Ru Gen ST.18, descends along the abdomen at a distance of 2 cun from the anterior median line to the inguinal fold (Qi Chong ST. 30).
The another branch comes to Qi Chong ST.30 point, starting from the gatekeeper of the stomach. From this connection, the channel descends along the anterior-outer surface of the thigh, reaches the outer edge of the patella, descends along the outer surface of the tibia, passes along the rear of the foot, reaches the outer edge of the nail base II of the toe (Li Dui ST. 45).
On the lower leg the channel has two branches: the first from the point Zu San Li ST. 36 to the outer side of the 3 toes, the second-from the point Chong Yang ST. 42 to the inner edge of the nail base of the thumb (Yin Bai RP.1), where it connects to the Spleen Channel of Foot Tai Yin.
The Stomach Channel of Foot Yang Ming is associated with the stomach, spleen, heart, small and large intestine.
