Localization

On the upper thigh, in a depression just lateral to the sartorius muscle, at the junction of a vertical line drawn downward from the anterior superior iliac spine, and a horizontal line drawn level with the lower border of the pubic symphysis.

Functions

Warms channels, dissolves cold, unblocks channels, removes moisture.

Indications

- Localized diseases: pain in the groin and thigh, paresthesia of the lower extremities and hips, feeling cold, impaired mobility and pain in the hip joint.

Needling Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.6-1 cun. Cauterization.
