At the top of the chest, directly below Quepen ST.12, on the inferior border of the clavicle, 4 cun lateral to the midline, on the mamillary line.

Moves Qi, opens chest.

Indications

- Respiratory system: cough, choking, chest fullness, sore throat, asthma.
- Digestive system: vomiting, haematemesis, hiccups, taste-blindeness.
- Features: tics and contracture of chest muscles.

Needling Method

Puncture obliquely from top down 0.3 -0.5 cun. Cauterization. Do not exceed the depth of the needle to avoid injury to the lungs and damage to large arteries.
