With the eyes looking directly forwards, this point is located directly below the pupil, level with the lower border of the ala nasi, on the lateral side of the naso-labial groove.

The intersection point of Stomach Channel of Foot Yang Ming, Large intestine сhannel of Hand Yang Ming,Yang Chiao Mai  vessel.

Indications

- 5 holes diseases: ophthalmalgia, pain and eye redness with vision disorders, watery eye, nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, headache, glaucoma, bleeding from nose, lip swelling (spleen dampness and heat), swelling in the cheek, sinusitis, toothache, trifacial neuralgia, facial paralysis.
- Features: knee swelling,  muscle atrophy in the lower limbs.

Needling Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.3 - 0.4 cun. Cauterization.
