Subdues liver, removes dampness-heat, unblocks channels.

Indications

- Digestive system: heaviness, pain and abdominal distension, digestive disorders, diarrhea, jaundice. All disorders are associated with liver Qi stagnation.
- Eye disease: visual snow.
- Affection of the throat: swollen mucosa pain in throat (liver heat), globus sensation.
- Reproductive system: pain in the genitals with irradiation in the abdomen, inguinal and inguinoscrotal hernia, spermatorrhea, impotence, testicular retraction, testicular pain, external genitals pain, mental orgasms, affective sex in women.
- Disorders of the mind: sadness, melancholy, depression, irritability.
- Channel diseases: ankle pain, fullness and chest congestion.
- Features: Shao Yang syndrome.
