Needling Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.8 cun. Neither upward obliquely nor deep puncture is advisable. It is necessary to tilt the head slightly, insert the needle to the base of the skull, and then raise the head to its original position. Do not puncture obliquely upward, in order to avoid damage to the medulla oblongata.
