Celestial Windows. Point in the upper part of the body ("sky"), between the muscles, as if in a window.
On the neck, at the lateral edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. On a line running parallel to the clavicle and lower jaw from Lian Quan CV.23 through the point Fu Tu GI.18.
- Localized diseases: pain and tension of the neck and nape muscles in the setting of little Qi and blood, torticollis.
- Ear diseases: noise and ringing of the ears, deafness, sulfur plugs.
- Affection of the throat: swelling of throat mucous membrane and larynx, sore throat with irradiation in the ear, sore throat, hoarseness.
- Features: hemiplegia, neuritis of the facial nerve, post-stroke conditions, paralysis and muscle contracture.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.5 - 0.8 cun. Cauterization.
