Indications

- Channel diseases: pain and paresthesia in the shoulder, difficult movement of shoulder joint, myositis or atrophy of the deltoid muscle, difficult moving of the head with pain and irradiation to the shoulder, hemiplegia.
- Features: goiter, hives, itching and eczema of the hands, skin rashes due to wind-heat.

Needling Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5 - 1 cun or puncture obliquely down along the humerus to a depth of 0.1-1.5 cun. Cauterization.
