- Disorders of the mind: convulsions in children especially in the setting of emptiness in Qi (malnutrition), melancholy, depression.
- Localized diseases: pain in the foot and medial ankle, pain in the lower extremities with cold damage.
- Features: the absence of sweating in the setting of high temperature, swelling and heaviness in the body with the accumulation of moisture, regulates the number of monocytes (liver failure), lower back pain.
