On the dorsal aspect of the little finger, at the junction of lines drawn along the radial border of the nail and the base of the nail, approximately 0.1 cun from the corner of the nail.

Indications

- Channel diseases: pain in the forearm, twitching the fingers of the hand.
- 5 holes diseases: dry sore throat in the setting of heat.
- Cardiovascular system: heart pain with the transition to the ribs, overexcitation, heartbeat.
- Digestive system: haematemesis, stool with blood, jaundice in the setting of liver, haematemesis.
- Disorders of the mind: depression, labile mood, anxiety, fear, melancholy, loss of consciousness.
- Features: diseases associated with heat: acute convulsions in children in the setting of heat, high fever, the threat of heart attack (rise of liver fire), heat and sunstroke, shock, coma.

Needling Method

Puncture perpendicularly 0.1 cun. Triangular needle to let some blood. Cauterization.
