Localization

1.5 cun lateral to the midline, level with the lower border of the spinous process of the third lumbar vertebra.

Functions

Moves blood, unblocks channels.

Indications

- Urogenital system: dysmenorrhea, algomenorrhea, uterine hemorrhage,leucorrhoea, spermatorrhea, impotence, cloudy urine (Lin zheng), pain in urination, hematuria, urinary retention.
- Features: hemorrhoids, weakness in the lower limbs, paresthesia, pain in the spine.

Needling Method

Puncture obliquely 1 - 1.5 cun to the side of the spine. Cauterization.
