On the midline of the abdomen, 3 cun below the umbilicus.
Strengthens Kidney Yin and Kidney Yang, tonifies Yuan Qi, normalizes Ren Mai and Chun Mai, removes external disease-producing factor.
The point of intersection of Ren Mai, Spleen Channel of Foot Tai Yin, Kidney Channel of Foot Shao Yin and Liver Channel of Foot Jue Yin.
- Urinary system: stranguria or uracrasia, urinary frequency, urethritis, albuminuria, ascites.
- Digestive system: cholera, vomiting, blood in stool, rectal prolapse.
- Reproductive system: dysmenorrhea, colpoptosis, incessant post-partum lochia, leucorrhoea, excessive lochia, itching in the genital area, pain in the genital organs, infertility, emission, spermatorrhea, impotence.
- Respiratory system: dyspnea (kidneys do not take Qi from the lungs), tuberculosis.
- Disorders of the mind: severe stroke with the threat of death, insomnia, loop of intelligence, mental fatigue, weakness in the body accompanied by shortness of breath with unwillingness to speak.
Puncture perpendicularly 1- 2 cun. Cauterization. Acupuncture is contraindicated during pregnancy.
